Note: Community Class and Online Class concessions can be used interchangeably.
The 10 classes must be used within 10 weeks.

CIRCUIT CLASSES

  • $140 for 4 classes ($35 per session)
  • Small class of 4 people
  • Use of Pilates studio apparatus
  • Suitable for beginners or those returning to Pilates
  • Class located at Shirley Wellness Centre

Studio Sessions

  • Private reformer & studio apparatus classes
  • One-on-one sessions $80 for 55 mins $50 for 30 mins
  • $50 per person for duo sessions
  • Studio located at Shirley Wellness Centre
